Personal Genome Diagnostics (PGDx) is a provider of advanced technology solutions based on Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) and related technologies for cancer genome analysis. PGDx has developed proprietary techniques that identify mutations found in a patient`s tumor through noninvasive testing of circulating tumor DNA. This allows for characterization of unique aspects of disease, such as detection and monitoring of cancer, as well as, identification of mechanisms of resistance to targeted therapy. PGDx is CLIA certified for high-complexity molecular testing using whole exome and targeted analysis approaches. Research and custom approaches include whole genome, exome, custom capture, targeted and plasma analysis.
