Experience in a professional services environment where the sales cycle is long, highly considered and highly relational is essential; we want someone who will help us further develop our unique voice, break through the clutter and take Threshold Group to the next level of prominence and momentum. Well organized, detail-oriented and a creative businessperson, the CMO we seek enjoys leading both big-picture strategy and rolling up sleeves to bring the details of it to life. The role calls for a player-coach with a strong IQ and EQ. Outstanding relationship-building and interpersonal skills are required: the new marketing leader will lead with humility and respectfully and effectively address the different needs of varying offices, clients, associates and prospects. Proven experience applying marketing strategy, tools and tactics to build and sustain successful business development programs is essential. A focus on market expansion in a professional services environment is valued over a B2B or B2C orientation.
