Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Leadership
• Provide leadership to the division in support of the company`s overall culture, mission and values
• Partner with enterprise stakeholders on driving the long-term strategic objectives to achieve the organization`s goals with enhancing productivity
• Provide direct leadership to the individual segment marketing leaders who support the segments and directly report to the CMO. Coach, develop and engage a team of ~30 professionals
• Provide Executive Team with input regarding the optimal marketing direction for the organization
Strategic Marketing & PR
• Develop the marketing & PR strategy for the Company, including future development and growth in new channels and emerging markets
• Lead transformation to establish the most effective lead and demand generation to support the growth and optimization of the business
• Develop functional plans for managing the marketing lifecycle based on our existing and new product offerings
• Conduct research and analysis on leading edge marketing strategies that support the company`s future growth

Chief Marketing Officer Experience Requirements:
• Bachelor`s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field required. Master`s Degree with specialization in Marketing preferred.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in well-rounded marketing, product marketing leadership roles with increasing scope that has a focus on market expansion and identifying emerging market trends. Sales experience a plus
• Proven track record of building and leading teams with multiple direct reports. Ability to motivate and provide professional development with a collaborative style of working is key.
• Thorough knowledge of marketing principles, brand, product and service management, sales and business development along with a demonstrated track record of success and performance. Advanced knowledge of both traditional and modern marketing principles and applications.
• Ability to keenly assess all parts of the marketing life cycle and provide thoughtful, effective solutions
• Advanced understanding of all aspects of marketing communication channels including: digital, e-commerce, print, social media, press etc
• Experience in significantly transforming a brand creating both internal and external brand awareness and consumption
• Experience in IT industry or Data and Analytics organizations. Experience in both large and medium size organizations. B2B experience preferred
• Ability to attract and retain talent.
• Strong communication, influence and collaborative skills with all levels in the organization.
