Bruster`s was founded in 1989 by a man whose passion for extraordinary ice cream and stellar customer service runs deep. Born into the restaurant business, Bruce Reed opened his first Bruster`s in Bridgewater, Pennsylvania, after perfecting his recipe for rich, creamy homemade ice cream.
