Responsibilities
• Oversight of all financial affairs of the group of companies
• Working with the Chief Investment Officer and Chief Executive Officer on Investment Strategy
• Monthly Financial Reporting to Departments and Board of Directors
• Quarterly and Annual regulatory reports including SEC reporting
• Structuring and financing the projects of the group
• Building of the accounting and finance teams for the group
• Working with Broker Dealers and Bond placement firms for capital management
• Working with asset managers to maximize return on deployed and non-deployed capital
Remuneration
• Base salary $180,000-$240,000
• Quarterly and Annual Bonuses

The Successful Candidate MUST
• have been part of a successful roll-up or roll-out strategy
• be personally financially sound, with a successful portfolio and perfect credit
• have been successful in a trade sale, IPO or sale to private equity
• have managed a portfolio in excess of $100M
• have a network of trusted advisors and service providers, such as tax attorneys, auditors, etc
• be able to travel quarterly, internationally or domestically
• be ready to work for 5 years to successfully build and exit
• be ready for their first, second or third retirement
