With upstream influence from our brand and research work, we`ll strategically connect our marketing communications with our demand generation efforts and our retail, operator and OEM partnerships and programs. The HR Director for WW OEM and CCG leads the global HR function and is the strategic global HR leader for OEM and CCG.
Key Focus Areas / Responsibilities:
Be a trusted advisor to the CVPs and partner with the businesses to shape the future business model and strategies
Weigh in on broader business topics as a core leader of the business LT(s)
Shape global org and people strategies/plans and work with broader v-team to implement
Facilitate org design as we transform and lead change management planning with business leaders Develop and implement talent management strategy and plan to acquire, develop and retain the best talent and build the capabilities we need for the future
Partner with compensation teams and the business to develop compensation structures that reflect the business challenges as well as recognize individual contribution
Ensure HR ROB/foundation/hygiene are in place and well-functioning, partnering with all parts of HR - COEs, field HR, peers in other segments and engineering and marketing groups
Lead global HR community to execute on org and people agendas
Competencies/Education/Experience:
Strong business acumen, curiosity, learning agility, and learning/growth mindset
Ability to assess and translate business strategies and workforce implications, and identify relevant solutions
Ability to lead a broad, portfolio business in highly matrixed, global environment
Strong assessor of talent and able to coach for development, with exceptional consultative and facilitation skills and ability to influence senior leaders
Exceptional HR leader and people manager that is an attractor and motivator of top talent
Strong knowledge of talent analytics, organizational design and development principles, strategic planning and change management methodologies
Anticipating needs, willing to take risks, strong customer focus, entrepreneurial spirit
Ability to connect the dots, think/behave strategically and lead/coach at a high level (i.e., coach and influence HR Directors who will lead their respective teams)
Collaboration - Drives alignment and teamwork within a team, department, or across org boundaries. Combines resources and joins efforts to achieve company-wide goals
