For nearly a century, Hillel’s network of dedicated student leaders, professionals and volunteers have encouraged generations of young adults to celebrate Jewish learning and living, pursue social justice (tikkun olam and tzedek) and connect to their peers and the global Jewish people. By participating in life-changing trips and campus initiatives, students learn to make a meaningful impact on the future of the Jewish people and the world while they grow intellectually, socially, and spiritually. At the heart of the Hillel network is the Charles and Lynn Schusterman International Center, supporting local Hillels to ensure that we achieve our mission “to enrich the lives of Jewish students so they may enrich the Jewish people and the world.” Hillel engages with and inspires the leadership of more Jewish college students than all other endeavors combined. We know that 90% of Jews in the United States go to college, and with a rich and diverse Hillel network, we are proud to be serving them at more than 550 colleges and universities.
Joni and Friends is built on Biblical truth and the foundation of Jesus Christ. We are about advancing disability ministry and changing the church and communities around the world. The Joni and Friends International Disability Center (IDC) serves as the administrative center for ministries which provide outreach to thousands of families affected by disability around the globe. Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre (RVH), located in Barrie, Ontario, provides safe, high-quality care for residents across a large geographical region including Simcoe County and the District of Muskoka. The area is home to more than 450,000 residents, with 40 per cent of RVH`s patients living outside the City of Barrie.
For more than 75 years, Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Atlanta has opened the doors to endless possibilities to over 100,000 boys & girls in and around Metro Atlanta. With trained professionals and comprehensive programs, our 27 Clubs, and camp are designed and solely dedicated to preparing vulnerable youth for future success. Our Mission: To save and change the lives of children and teens, especially those who need us most, by providing a safe, positive, and engaging environment and programs that prepare and inspire them to achieve Great Futures. BGCMA focuses on Academic Success, Healthy Lifestyles and Character & Leadership Development. Since 1938, we have provided children with a positive place to go, results-oriented programming and a professional staff to guide them. Last year, BGCMA served more than 3,500 young people through its Clubs, summer sites and outreach programs each day. We operate 27 Clubs in 10 metro counties in addition to Camp Kiwanis.
