Welcome to Franklin Community Health Network (FCHN) online. Located in the scenic western mountains of Maine, FCHN is a locally controlled, nonprofit, integrated network of rural health-care providers, created by Franklin Memorial Hospital in 1991.
It is the mission of Putnam General Hospital to provide quality healthcare services in an environment that is caring, ethical, and safe.
