Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
InteractOne is an internet marketing company headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio. With its long-term history of growth, InteractOne is poised to expand even further. Since 1998 we have been serving small to medium size businesses across the nation with effective internet marketing strategies and website designs.
At this stage of InteractOne`s development, we are currently looking to fill the role of CTO. In the past few years we have started to attract larger clients and have outgrown the the current position of VP of Production. The person for this role will need to wear many hats by interfacing with the client, managing the development team, and implementing new processes and approaches. The ideal candidate will have the knowledge and the skill set to fulfill all the requirements.
Ideal Candidate:
1. Has extensive experience programming large projects, Is or has been a LAMP stack based programmer.
2. Has worked with Magento for 3+ years.
3. Extensive experience with managing large and small LAMP-based projects.
4. You will be responsible for providing your team with direction and vision. Further, you motivate your team members to perform, provide them with feedback and coaching, and help to develop their strengths.
5. Understands the numerous software tools and programs in the marketplace to help facilitate it and manage it from our side as an agency, and that of the customer.
6. Has the ability to interface with the customer talk about big picture- both at the C-level and mid-management level, understanding their business process and how technology intersects with those needs.
7. Can work constructively with the programmers to develop multiple and practical approaches to a problem.
8. Has the ability to manage project budgets, including developing realistic estimates.
9. Always looking and in search of new products/services that complement our existing capabilities.
10. Guide, mentor, and motivate programmers to always do their best.
11. Have the business knowledge necessary to align technology-related decisions with the organization`s goals.
12. Identify technology trends and evolving social behavior that may support or impede the success of the business.
13. Supervise recruitment, training, retention, and organization of all development staff in accordance with the company hiring process, and budget requirements.
