Indigo has also entered into a option agreement to acquire a 100% interest, subject to a 1.5% Net Smelter Return (NSR) Royalty, in a 5th exploration permit in the country by making cash payments totalling $390,000 over the next three years. The NSR can be purchased for $1,800,000. Indigo Exploration Inc.’s corporate objective is to increase shareholder value by directing exploration dollars into the ground to advance and develop its quality mineral projects.
