• An opportunity to provide a full range of HR services and support to select groups within the Global Markets organization, liaise with colleagues in other locations and divisions on HR issues and leverage internal and external best practices.
• Ownership of HR activities in partnership with regional subject matter experts (compensation, benefits, talent planning, recruiting, international assignments).
• Implementation and execution of HR programs and policies within HR compliance guidelines and applicable employment laws.
• Leadership of the review of employee grievances/complaints, conduct investigations and partner with LCD and line management to mitigate risk/issues as required.
• Advisory and counseling for select groups within Global Markets on all aspects of human resource management.
