It was back on July 17, 1902, that a group of twelve people with foresight met to found what is now known as Citizens Savings Bank (CSB). They established CSB with a total asset picture of approximately $52,000.00. The group was united in a sole purpose: to provide an additional source of funds for home buyers and builders and offer a safe and profitable investment program to the general public. Today, Citizens Savings Bank has 7 branch offices located throughout Lackawanna, Wayne and Monroe Counties.
