Barfresh Food Group Inc. and Barfresh Food Group Pty Ltd in Australia (“Barfresh Australia”) are under common control. Barfresh Australia began manufacturing and selling SMOO® smoothie packs in 2005. It currently provides the smoothie packs to a number of quick service restaurant chains as well as many other food outlets throughout Australia and other countries, including SUBWAY® Restaurants in Australia and New Zealand, as well as Krispy Kreme stores in Australia.
Barfresh Food Group Inc. intends to follow a similar business model in North America as that of Barfresh Australia. The Company intends to sell ready-to-blend beverage ingredient packs primarily to restaurant chains in the fast food and fast casual dining sector as well as retail grocery stores.
