The Position
In accordance with the organizations strategic plans, the Senior Vice President of Human Resources will provide leadership for the development and implementation of HR policies and programs. The Senior Vice President of Human Resources will be responsible for developing and building a strong HR infrastructure to align with and support organizational needs. Utilizing market data, customer feedback and the ever changing healthcare trends, the Senior Vice President of Human Resources will assess organizational needs and will empower others to create strategic change that supports these needs.

Tri City Medical Center has recently announced a strategic, long term agreement to align with UC San Diego Health, a nationally recognized academic health system. Tri-City Medical Center is a Gold Seal-approved, full-service, acute-care hospital with two advanced clinical institutes for cardiovascular and orthopedic care. Tri-City Medical Center has 397 beds and over 500 physicians practicing in 60 specialties. Tri-City Medical Center serves San Diego County`s coastal communities of Carlsbad, Oceanside and Vista, as well as the surrounding region. Tri-City Medical Center is administered by Tri-City Healthcare District, a California Hospital District

The ideal candidate must possess a Masters degree in Human Resources, or a related field, in partnership with a minimum of five years of related leadership experience within a hospital setting
