This role leads data analysis and results presentation to drive strategic human capital initiatives. Through project management, logistical operations, change initiatives, and communications, the role is instrumental in helping the HR organization achieve business objectives. The candidate is also accountable for researching and analyzing key issues that impact employee engagement, organizational performance and customer centricity.
The incumbent ensures that the Chief HR Officer and the HR leadership team are fully briefed and prepared for all day-to-day professional interactions, including but not limited to research, metrics, presentation creation, executive briefings, financial reporting, monthly business reviews, and AXA Group Management Committee reporting. The individual also partners with the Office of the CEO and other business areas on HR analytics and other initiatives. The position manages a small team that plays a key role in developing and implementing research processes and HR analytics to realize corporate objectives.
The ideal individual is comfortable in a high performance, fast paced, high-pressure environment and possesses an ability to solve problems in creative ways. In addition, the individual should be adept at multi-tasking and have unquestionable integrity, with an uncompromising commitment to quality and customer service. Well-developed quantitative analytical and financial skills, as well as superb written and verbal communication skills, are a must.
